We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Account Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving account growth, doubling revenue, and ensuring clients maximize the potential of our workflow features and solutions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand client accounts, focusing on doubling revenue and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and go-to contact.
- Educate clients on the full range of workflow features and benefits, ensuring they leverage all available tools to achieve their goals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions.
- Track and analyze account performance metrics, presenting regular updates and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or in a similar role.
- A track record of successfully growing accounts and increasing revenue.
- Strong understanding of workflow processes and tools; ability to guide clients in adopting features.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach to work.
Base Salary $80-100k per year
